This interactive 3 hours workshop explores the concept of unconscious bias within our everyday life. You get the chance to understand what it means, how it could manifest and the impact it can have on individuals and the organisation as a whole.

•      To understand the impact of unconscious bias within the workplace

•      To explore strategies and tips for maintaining unconscious bias

•      To create an action plan for an inclusive work environment
